Yes, they are! Unlike some herbal products that contain "organic ingredients" but are not always entirely organic, all of the Ayurvedic herbs and other herbs and spices used in AYURO products are 100% organic. This includes Triphala+, Moringa+, Ashwagandha+, Vitamin C+, and Turmeric+  in the AYURO Starter Kit!

Ayurvedic herbs should be pure and natural, as per the Ayurvedic teachings and principles, for maximum safety and effectiveness. To ensure this, we dry and grind the whole herb to produce the cleanest, safest, and highest-quality powders. We won't use anything but the best for our capsules.

Why we do not use extracts:

• Each plant has various biologically active components, and they all work together in synergy. When only extracting key components, we risk losing the very balance we're trying to restore within our bodies.
• Our products are formulated for optimized natural health benefits while avoiding the risks of over- and underdosing.
• Whether it is a root or leaf extract, there is also the risk associated with the harsh chemicals often used for extraction. 
• There is a risk of the extract being toxic because it is too concentrated, and the natural balance is missing.
• With extracts, it is difficult to trace the authenticity and organic properties of the raw materials.

Everyone's systems are unique, and Ayurvedic herbs are complex. Some people may see results immediately, while others may slowly see results after using the product over a period of time. The rate at which supplements work and brings balance to our health and overall well-being will be a different result for each person.

In very few cases, other brands recommend fewer capsules daily. These products are different from AYURO products and may contain concentrated extracts. We believe you should get the purest form of botanicals, so no extracts or other additives. It makes it worth taking up to 4 capsules daily - a minor inconvenience for improved health.

Once you've broken the bottle's seal, you should use the digestive supplements in this starter kit within around six months but no longer than the best-before date on the packaging.

Yes, it is. You can take these supplements daily for up to around 5-6 weeks as a course or on a need basis. What's important is to follow the dosage instructions on the packaging. If you are taking it for a specific condition, speak to a doctor or healthcare provider to determine the suitable dose.

However, it's not recommended to take each particular Ayurvedic medicine beyond three months continuously. The body gets accustomed to the treatment and may not deliver the required results if you use it for longer periods. We recommend that you repeat the treatment throughout the year as needed.
