Returns Process

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

30 days from the receiving date at your delivery address. You must submit your guarantee request during this period. 

In case you have received an incorrect or damaged product, we may request an image of the product within 5 days of receiving the product at your delivery address.

HOW DO I START MY RETURN?

Please send an email to support@ayuro.com containing your order or account information and a brief explanation of why you are unhappy with the product.

If your request is approved, you may be required to submit photos of your product and/or its packaging and labeling, and/or mail the unused portion of your AYURO Herbs products to the address we provide. Please share the tracking number with us as soon as possible.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CREDIT?

Once the product is received at our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment used within 7-10 business days.

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

In most cases, a return shipping fee would have to be borne by you for the courier expense for sending the products back to us unless the product was damaged at arrival, or it is due to our mistake. You may choose any main courier service, which would provide a tracking number. We may request an image of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee within 5 days of receiving the product at your delivery address.
